The Chakras play an essential role in governing our overall health and well-being. Chakras are energy centres within our bodies that are responsible for regulating energy flow throughout our system.

There are seven main chakras, several minor chakras, and Hara Line chakras at the back of the body, each associated with a specific colour, element, and aspect of our being. By understanding and working with these chakras, we can achieve balance and harmony in our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves.

In Reiki, we use techniques to clear and balance the chakras, allowing the energy to flow freely and promoting healing on all levels.

Below, you will find a quick reference to the major chakra correspondences as well as links to each of the major and minor chakras so that you can read each in more detail. Click on the links for a deeper dive into each chakra.
