Eihwaz symbolizes life & death, renewal, enlightenment, balance, and the world tree. But do not fear, the death that is represented within this mystical rune is not physical, but rather a metaphor that hints toward changes within your life, habits, relationships, or job. Welcome these changes without fear or uncertainty, as it is just a natural cycle that everyone goes through. Removing the parts and circumstances in their life that no longer support or benefit who they are today. Eihwaz also symbolizes the yew tree, or world tree, which has a similar story as the mythical Phoenix creature. This represents spiritual exploration and even the possibility of adventure outside of our material world. The Eihwaz rune cannot be reversed and is a symbol of exciting things to come, as long as you are prepared to sacrifice the old for the new.
