Certain oils are highly toxic when in direct skin contact, eaten/swallowed, or inhaled. This can cause lethargy, depression, dullness, runny eyes, shaking, tremors, excessive dribbling, diarrhea, vomiting, difficulty in breathing or breathing with their mouth open, collapse and seizures, and in some cases organ failure, and even death.
