Shamanic practice is not a religion but a technology of consciousness โ one of the oldest known to humanity. Across continents and millennia, certain people have been recognised as bridges: able to enter altered states deliberately, to travel between worlds, and to bring back what was needed for the healing of their community.
The work is grounded and practical. It involves drum, breath, ceremony, and a long apprenticeship to one's own spirit allies. Far from exotic, it is the human birthright most modern cultures have simply forgotten how to claim.
